In addition to the creation of the Governance Committee, I       worked with corporate leadership to develop an agenda       preparation process and document submission schedule to       improve the ability of Board members to make informed       decisions during the meeting. I also brought forward the       necessary motions to bring the appointments by the BoD and       major board operations manuals into compliance with legal       requirements.
