As Chair of IEEE Audit Committee

    Worked with the Standards Association to bring to develop a        much needed process of risk assessment.

    Recommended to the BoD the creation of the Whistle Blower        position and the adoption of best practices derived from the        Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.

    Worked with TA and MGA staff and volunteers to create        adequate and implementable control processes required by        External Auditors for conference closings and Section        finances.
